The connection is available all over Mumbai right now, no matter if you're in the suburbs or town or somewhere in the middle of the sea, so long as you're still in territorial waters!

Reliance isn't directly handling the installation at the end-users' side. They are going through distributors such as this "Vrushabh Network" guys that have sent out the PDF. Their number that you need to call in Mumbai is 6515-1565. They will give you all the info you need, but I've put all the info here anyway. They will email you a PDF with more info if you ask them to. The PDF contains a lot of info about WiMAX is and how it's better than your regular Internet and dial-up options.
